Busy with my holiday photos, so just a quick photo of a salad in the evening sun
Food 34 – Strawberry-ricotta cake
Crumbled cookies with melted butter as bottom. Ricotta (Italian cheese), sugar, vanilla and basil mixed on top. Put away cool for some hours, turn around and serve with strawberries and a basil leaf.
