Flowers are almost gone, but the chestnuts are coming.

Picked a flower from my hedge for today.

Couldn’t find an English name for this one. We call it “duinviooltje”, literally translated “dune violet”. Grows in the dunes near the sea. They looked so lovely with the dew in the early morning sunlight.

Made a lot a photos of this (unknown) flower lately, but there was always another one I preferred. All my photos today aren’t as sharp as I would like, but I liked the raindrops here.

Needed some fresh air. Found this beauty. No idea what it is, but I like it.

Added: Seems to be a “Silene vulgaris”

A “forget-me-not” with as background my new (used) car I picked up today. Could use some more polish
