Roast beef, filled with beet and horseradish sauce.
Food 47 – Cookies
Home baked cookies dipped in white chocolate and a top of cacao.
Food 46 – Mussel snack
A mussel with mayonnaise and mustard, wrapped with bacon, baked and decorated with chives.
Food 42 – Curry cheese snack
Puff pastry, old (dutch) cheese mixed with curry powder, a touch of egg yolk and a cashew nut, just after it’s out of the oven.
Food 28 – Dessert
Whipped cream with apricot jam, chocolate custard and some more whipped cream with apricot jam, garnished with dried apricots.
Made this in week 28, but forgot to upload it.
Jul 11 / Food 27 – Redcurrants
Have been sick most of the week (flu), so just a snapshot of redcurrants.
Food 26 – Sweet corn
No time this week for fancy food, and it was too hot 
So just a nice composition (I hope)
Food 25 – Coupe red, white and blue
Blueberries, some kind of cottage cheese mixed with whipped cream and raspberries cooked in fresh orange juice.
