Food 20 – Mussel stick

From bottom to top: piece of green pepper, cooked mussel (after an hour in a marinade) with chorizo (Spanish sausage) and on top a cocktail onion.

You have to like sweet things for this one, the grapes are boiled in butter with a lot of sugar.

Food 18 – Chickenstick with tomato

Chicken pieces mixed with oil, apricot jam, garlic and lemon juice, baked 25 minutes in the oven at 225C. Put a stick with a small tomato on it afterwards.

Food 16 – Shrimp sticks

Shrimps baked in chili pepper and garlic. Put, with some coriander, on some (small) potato’s with a stick. (Added some decoration for the photo).

Food 15 – Panna Cotta

First thing my son asked when he heard I was switching to food again: when are you gonna make Panna cotta again? Didn’t had the time to make this earlier (it’s time consuming), but he got it this week.

Cooked cream with gelatin, vanilla and fruit (raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, decorated with sugar)

Food 14 – Strawberries with cottage cheese

Cottage cheese with quark and honey. Strawberries cooked in water with sugar for about 5 minutes.
