Making a Photo-a-Day in December 2014

Last of my pannacotta series and my dessert today. Champagne pannacotto with sugared grapes. Happy New Year!

On a bed of sauerkraut and raisins. To be covered with mashed potatoes mixed with mustard (Zaanse!) and on top a layer of bacon. Ready for the oven!
