Chicken today in my oven, Current temperature: 210C/410F
Busy in the kitchen. Added goat cheese and garlic to this. Packed it into puff pastry and after 30 minutes in the oven it tasted wonderful.
My cooking for today. Chicken, stewed in cherry syrup, combined with cherries, cabbage, mashed potatoes, red onions and garlic.
And a bunny of course. Happy Easter!
